As per the new directives from TRAI, The sender-ids which can be used for sending Transactional messages should be exactly of 6 alphabets in UPPER CASE.

For all future requests,we request you to send us sender-ids which are only of 6 alphabets in UPPER CASE.

Also if you have not provided us alternate sender ids for your existing sender ids which are not exactly 6 alphabets in UPPER CASE, please let us know the same ASAP. The sender ids which are less than 6 alphabets would no longer be processed for delivery and will be dropped at operator end post mid-night today.

Please ignore if you have already sent us the new sender ids.
